Each class focuses on safety, skill development, and fostering a love for swimming in a supportive and friendly environment.

True Beginner meets on Sundays from 9:30 to 10:15 AM
Intermediate meets on Sundays from 10:15 to 11 AM

FAQ

This program is perfect for adults from absolute beginner to intermediate in their swimming abilities. It is also appropriate for teens with the maturity to be in a learning environment with adults.
Swimmers should wear a swimsuit and bring goggles and towel. Any additional training aids will be provided.
We understand that life happens! Makeup classes may be available, so please speak with your instructor for options.
The program is open to ages 13 & over.
